Crystal Bowersox and Brian Walker tied the knot today – Crystal tag herself as Walkersox

Crystal BowersoxCrystal Bowersox gets married today to her long time friend Brian Walker. To those who still can’t believe it, well… it’s done. Their engagement, as far as I’ve read it, only lasts in weeks but what do you know, Crystal Bowersox is now the loving wife of Brian Walker and now tag herself as Walkersox. Crystal Bowersox told PEOPLE that “Our lives have never made more sense than they do right now. I can’t believe how incredibly lucky we are to have found so much laughter, love, and light within each other. We’re one happy WalkerSox family.”

For details of the wedding, Crystal Bowersox wears an earth friendly hemp and a gown made of cotton from Tara Lynn, a Vermont designer. The said gown also features a macramé, a seashell and a bead detailing and was created in Tara Lynn’s solar powered studio. Call it an Earth-friendly gown.

The couple’s wedding rings were crafted by Chicago’s Traci Coughlin and Steve Quick Jewelers. Of course, designed by Brian Walker. To make it more perfect, the ceremony was held at the club where the two of them met during Open Mic Night about 6 years ago. The wedding was held in barefoot, and both Brian and Crystal sang at the end of the ceremony. Not surprising, these guys were good singers…

Tony Bowersox, Crystal Bowersox’s 1 and a half year old son from previous relationship, served as the Ring Bearer and is wearing a suit made by LinenKids. Other names include Crystal’s fellow contestant in the 9th season of American idol and friend, Didi Benami is also present. Michael Teach from Chicago Acoustic Underground led the said ceremony.

Newly wed, Crystal Bowersox and Brian Walker, plans to celebrate with a reception that features a laughing Buddha. Apart from all these, Crystal Bowersox will soon to be returning back to the studio to record her debut album. I’m sure, with all the inspiration and happiness she is getting lately, the album will simply be full of life and reflect all the joy she is having now…

Goodluck Crystal.

Loved that Farmer’s Daughter video – some tearjerker for me……Such artistic talent, loved the “yarn” being pulled to herself in the end…..never saw anything so good…..
    Thank you for the tears…….
